BBQ Potatoes and Chicken

This is a great one dish meal that is easy to put together.  It does take a little bit to cook but you can do other things while it cooks.
This smells so good.
Chicken, potatoes and bacon what can be wrong with that.
Chop up about 3-4 medium potatoes.  I probably cut them too small.  I wanted to make sure they cooked through.
Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Toss.
Sprinkle with a little BBQ seasoning.  I used Dreamland.  Use whatever is your favorite.
Layer in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.  Place in a preheated 475 oven.  bake for 45-50 minutes.  Stir them every 10-15 minutes to keep them from sticking.
Chop the chicken into small pieces.
Sprinkle it with the BBQ seasoning.
Then add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce.  Again it was Dreamland.
Pour over the chicken and toss.
Grate about 1 cup cheddar cheese.

The potatoes when they come out of the oven.
Place the chicken on top of the potatoes. Place in a 400 degree oven.  Cook for 25 minutes.
Cook the bacon.
The chicken when it comes out of the oven.
Sprinkle the cheese
And bacon.  Place back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
When it comes out of the oven.  Smells so good.
A side of green beans and dinner is done.
