Peach Flip

I have been trying new smoothie and freeze recipes trying to get ready for the summer.  They make great afternoon snacks or pick-me-up.  So keep a supply of frozen fruit in the freezer and you will be ready.
You could use homemade lemonade for this.  I just happened to have some leftover in the fridge.
I started with 1 cup of lemonade. Using sugarfree or low sugar lemonade makes this a low cal treat.
I started with 3/4 cup of the Sprite but ended up adding more up to a cup.
Add about 1 1/2 cup of frozen peaches.  Frozen strawberries might be good with this too.
Pulse in the blender until the peaches are chopped up.
Nice and smooth.
A welcome treat for a gloomy afternoon.
