Sunshine Orange Muffins

I was suffering from the seasonal allergies that seem to plague the south, and thought I needed a little boost of Vitamin C.
The only thing special you need for these muffins are a little orange juice and an orange.
Start with 2 sticks of butter, melt.
1 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
Add the melted butter after it cools just a little bit.
Whisk the wet ingredients well.
In another bowl start mixing the dry ingredients.  3 1/2 cup all purpose flour.
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Zest of one orange
Wish you could smell the orange zest.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together well.
Line the muffin pan with cupcake liners, then fill the cups up. Place in a preheated 350 oven and bake for about 18-20 minutes.  Check on them and don't over bake.
While the muffins are baking make the glaze for the top.
1 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
Add 1-2 teaspoons orange zest.
Mix well.
Take the muffins out of the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Pour the glaze over the top of each muffin.
A little plate of sunshine.
