Crock Pot Ham and Potato Casserole

Here's another crock pot meal for you here on Crock Pot Monday.  I hope you enjoy this meal.
This recipe is good to for that left over ham that you put in your freezer after the holidays.
Put one bag of hash browns in your crock pot that you have sprayed with non stick spray.
Add 2 cups grated cheese.
Add 8 oz of sour cream
Add one can of either cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup.
Add some chopped onions.
Add about 2 cups chopped ham.
Mix well and level out in the bottom of the crock pot.
Sprinkle an 8 oz pkg herb seasoned stuffing mix on top.
Melt 1/4 cup butter to drizzle on top of the stuffing mix.
It is ready to be covered and turned on.
Nice and golden brown on top.

1 30 oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
1 small onion chopped
1 8oz container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2 cups grated cheese
2 cups cooke chopped ham
1/4 cup butter melted
1 6oz pkg herb seasoned stuffing mix
