Red Velvet Dip

I have to start this post with a big Roll Tide.  I know you are getting tired of all the red velvet recipes but the game is tonight so we will be back to normal again tomorrow.  Just think you can use these red velvet recipes for Valentine's day.
This is a healthy recipe that you can serve for tonight's game.
Start with 2 cups of vanilla Greek yogurt.  You could probably use regular yogurt but the Greek yogurt is suppose to be better.  I have found it is a taste you have to get use to.  I like using it in smoothies. Two cups is equal to the large container.
Add 2/3 cup of red velvet cake mix.  You might want to crush some of the large lumps before adding.
Then add 2 or 3 Tablespoons of confectioners' sugar.
Mix well.  I covered and put in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
Then serve with some of your favorite fruits.  You could also use vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies.
