Peanut Butter Pie

I had a request to make this pie so I could post the recipe.  I am always eager to help out.  This was a great pie for Father's Day weekend.  It is just a light and fluffy pie that is so easy to make.  The recipe makes two pies but it would be easy enough to divide the receipt in half and make only one pie.
It is so easy.  The recipe says that you can use reduced fat items but not fat free.  So the whipped cream and cream cheese are both reduced fat and then 2% milk.
Start with 8 oz of softened cream cheese.
Add 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
Mix until light and fluffy.
Add 1 cup peanut butter.  I used smooth but I am sure you could use crunchy.
Add 1 cup milk
Mix well.
Fold in 16 oz cool whip
Make sure to fold in well.
Divide between two graham cracker crust.  You do not have to do anything to those crust. Place in the freezer for about an hour or so to set, then move to the fridge.
I added a little chocolate sauce on top when serving.  The chocolate just adds a little something.
