Magic Cake Release

One of the things I hate the most is greasing and flouring a cake pan.  I end up with flour all over the sink when I work it around the pan.  So I saw a recipe for the Magic Cake Release that you can make.  It is very easy to make, and it last several months in a sealed container. 
This is what it looks like.  Not an appetizing recipe.
Very simple with three ingredients.  You don't have to make as much as I did.  The only thing you need to remember is equal parts of all three.
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup flour
Mix those well until all the lumps are gone.
Then store in a sealed container.

Magic Cake Release Recipe

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup flour

Mix well.
