Pepperoni Pizza Pastry Puffs

Okay these did not come out as pretty as they did on the Pinterest page.  I was a little disappointed but they still tasted good.  They are the perfect game day food.
They aren't pretty but at least the plate is.
I had some pizza sauce and pepperoni left over from my pizza dip the week before.  This recipe is a great use of that.
Lay the one sheet of puff pastry out to thaw.  The package says about 45 minutes.
Then cut it in thirds along the seams
Then cut each piece in thirds
Grate some mozzarella cheese.  I put a little parmesan cheese in there too.
Turn the little squares to make diamonds and put a small spoonful down the diagonal.
Then sprinkle a little cheese on top.
If you don't have tiny pepperoni cut the pieces in half.  Place on top of the cheese.
Fold the little arms over. Use a little water to seal them.
Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning down the middle.
Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.  Place in a preheated 400 oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
They puffed a little too much.
But enjoy them anyway.
