Bacon Club Baked Sliders

You know those little ham and cheese sandwiches that you make with that great poppy seed sauce?  Well what would make those better?  Bacon. Last week for our football food we made these and they were so good.  You have to try these soon.
These are so good.  Make sure you have plenty of napkins because they sure are messy.
Turkey, ham and bacon.  All good.
Cook 10 pieces of bacon.  I cooked mine in the oven.  Place in a cold oven and turn on to 375.  Bake for 20 minutes.
 Melt 1 stick of butter
 3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
 2 Tablespoons steak sauce
 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
 garlic
chopped onion.  Cook all that together.  Let it boil for a few minutes to cook the onions.
I took the bread apart in sections and then sliced it.
 This is the wonderful sauce.
Spread some on the bottom pieces of bread.
 Then add ham.
 turkey
 cheese and bacon
I put a little more of the sauce on the inside of the top bread
 Put the tops.
Spread the rest of the sauce on top.
 Sprinkle with some crumbled bacon
 Add some shredded cheese
Cover and place in a preheated 350 oven.  Bake for about 15 minutes. Uncover and then place back in the oven.
 Then enjoy.
You know you love that sauce on these sandwiches.  That sauce is the difference in these super sandwiches and a plan ham and cheese sandwich.
