Small strainer / watermelon knife

I found this little strainer the other day at Old Time Pottery and I love it.  I think I paid $1.50 for it.  I saw it and thought it might be useful and I was right.  I have one of the strainers that goes over the can and you turn it upside down to drain but I like this one better.

Perfect size for a can of something.  I have drained fruit in it and black beans.

Draining the black beans was when I decided how much I liked it.

My husband loves watermelon and I found this cute knife at Walmart.  So I just had to buy one for him for Father's day.

It's a nice long knife that comes with it's own safety holder.  He has brought in a watermelon tonight to try it out.
