Minnie's Bake Shop Chocolate Chip Supreme Cookies

Disney week continues with this delicious cookie.  I know the name of it is a mouthful, but so totally worth it.  These cookies are so good.  Lots of chocolate inside that is soft and gooey, but the outside is nice and crisp.  The chocolate lover in your life will love you forever if you whip up a batch of these cookies.  Make sure you pay attention to the baking directions.  There's an interesting twist that gives the cookies their nice crunch.
I know these cookies are really big, but you won't regret making them this large when you bite into one of them.
What makes these cookies so good is the three types of chocolate that are added.
Start with 2 sticks softened butter
 1 cup brown sugar
Whip the butter and brown sugar well.  When you think you have beat it enough whip it some more.
Then add 3/4 cup POWDERED sugar.  The powdered sugar gives it a different flavor which is good.
 1 egg
 2 Tablespoons water
2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda.  Mix all the newly added dry ingredients well.  The dough will be thick.
3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup light chocolate candy melts
You will want to chop the candy melts.
 1 cup chopped pecans
Now this dough is very thick.  Make sure you get all those chips mixed well.
Then using a large ice cream scoop, scoop up the dough.  Give the cookies lots of room on the cookie sheet.
When you have the cookie sheet ready, put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes.  While they are in the freezer, preheat your oven to 400.  Place the cookies in the oven for 2 minutes.  After the 2 minutes reduce the heat on the oven to 350 and bake for 15 minutes.
When you remove from the oven let sit on the pan for about 5 minutes before removing to a cookie rack.
