Bobby Deen's Five Layer Bark

Several months ago on Bobby Deen's show he made a ligher version of the Seven Layer Bars that everyone loves.  Fast forward to this summer.  I made the seven layer bars for the 4th and my husband has raved about them.  He has told everyone how good they were.  If he only knew how easy they were.  So I thought I would give these "lighter" bars a chance.  No sweetened condensed milk in this recipe but all the other flavors.
This recipe doesn't use many ingredients.
There are two ways you can go about melting the chips.  The first is in the microwave. The second is a double boiler.  I have a double boiler but if you don't you can use this method.  If you have two pots that can be set on top of each other you can make them a double boiler.  Start with the larger pot on bottom and pour a little water in the bottom.  Not too much or it will boil into the other pot.
Now set the second pot inside the bigger one.  Turn the eye on medium heat.
Put 1/2 cup butterscotch chips in the pan to melt.  Wait about 4 or 5 minutes and then..
Add 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.  The recipe calls for semisweet chips but I only had milk chocolate.  Stir occasionally while they are melting.
While the chips are melting, line a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Then in a bowl add 1/2 cup grham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coocnut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix well.
The chips are just about melted.
When they are melted turn them out on the cookie sheet.
Spread out to about 1 inch thick.
Then start spreading the coconut mixture on top of the chocolate.
It's covered well.
I patted it down a little to push it into the chocolate so it won't fall off.  Put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Then break into pieces.  I found out it is better to leave it in the fridge.  It get soft if left out of the fridge.  I don't know if it is because I used milk chocolate instead of semi sweet. Taste just like the regular 7 layer bars.
