Parmesan Crisps

I have seen these lacy cheese crisps in several magazines and finally had an occasion to try them.  They are so easy (even a cave man could make them) to make and very little prep work.
All you need is some Parm cheese and a grater.
You don't need all that cheese.  I just wanted to grate all of it at one time.  This isn't actually parmesan cheese it is asiago cheese but any cheese like that will work.
Preheat oven to 350.  On a parchment lined cookie sheet drop rounds of parmesan cheese on the cookie sheet. Place in the oven for about 6 minutes.
This is after 6 minutes in the oven.  Let them stay on the cookie sheet for a few minutes to they set up.  The cheese is still a little gooey at this time.
Use a spatula to remove them from the sheet.
I put them on a paper towel for a few minutes because there's a little oil on the bottom from the cheese.  These are great with salads and soups as something different from crackers.
