We had tickets for the Statue of Liberty today at 10:00. But after our long day and very late night yesterday we slept in this morning. We hoped the time wouldn’t matter on our tickets. So we walked down to the PATH station again. It is about a 10 or 15 minute walk from our hotel. Very clean and not scary at all. Today’s train dropped up off at the World Trade Center. The complex is huge! We will be back here tomorrow for our 9-11 Museum tour.
We set our walking towards Battery Park and the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. If your GPS tells you it is only a half mile IT’S A TRAP!!! On our walk was saw the famous Wall Street Bull. Long line to get a picture.
I saw these tiles on the floor and thought they would make pretty quilt blocks.
