Red Velvet Banana Bread

I have found a new banana bread to use those bananas that have gotten a little too ripe.  This would be a pretty bread for Valentine's Day or at Christmas.  But it taste good enough and is easy enough to have all the time.
Four simple ingredients make this delicious bread.
Measure out 1/3 cup oil.  Add to the red velvet cake mix.
Add 3 eggs
Mash up three medium bananas
Mix everything well.
Lightly spray a loaf pan.
Pour into the pan and spread evenly.  Place in a preheated 350 oven.  Bake for 40-50 minutes.  Mine took closer to the 50 minutes.  Insert a toothpick to test for doneness.
The bread warm from the oven.  Let sit for about 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Remove from the pan and let sit until cool.  Call sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.

Red Velvet Banana Bread Recipe
1 box red velvet cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup or 3 medium bananas smashed

Preheat oven to 350.  Bake for 40-50 minutes.
