Piggies in a Blanket

I was making this recipe before the ballgame the other day I saw the insurance commercial with the Pig in a Blanket.  I guess it was good timing.  The beauty of this is you can make as many or as few as you want.  I just used one can of the crescent rolls.
Doesn't take much to make these little jewels.
Open the crescent rolls.  I love the story about the woman that thought she had been shot in the back of the head but it was really a tube of canned biscuits.  When I womp the can I think of that story.
Unroll them and separate the triangles.
Cut each triangle in half.
Put the sausage in the wide end and roll up.
Easy as that. Finish rolling all the sausages.  Place on a cookie sheet and place in a preheated 375 oven.  Bake for about 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
I had these left over after using the roll of crescents.
With the leftover ones I put them in a dish and put a little Dreamland sauce on them.
Heated them on the top of the stove.  Dreamland sauce makes everything taste good.
A nice little snack for the ballgame.  If you want you can brush the tops with some melted butter and put some poppy seeds or sesame seeds on top to make them a little fancier.
