Flat, Busted, and Broke Potatoes Kicked Up a Notch

This summer I started making these potatoes and we loved these potatoes, and they seemed to go with everything.  Then I saw somewhere where they had added to the potatoes.  I just had to try them.  They tasted a lot like potato skins you get a popular restaurant.  To find out how to make the basic potatoes check out the recipe here.Flat, Broke and Busted Potatoes
For this part of the recipe start with the potatoes already roasted.
Cook several pieces of bacon and chop it up along with some green onions.
Take your potatoes out of the oven and start this process.
Add some shredded cheese on top. Stick them back in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
When you take them out of the oven add some of the chopped bacon.
Sprinkle with some chopped green onions.
Put a dollop of sour cream on top and enjoy.
