Philadelphia Spinach Dip

Everyone has made spinach dip before and there are tons of recipes out there.  Most people have probably made the one with the Knorr mix but I wanted to try something different.  This one isn't that different but it was the first recipe I found when I was looking.  Give it a try.
I think it looks really festive.  You can have it with veggies or cracker or anything you like.
The main thing that is different is that this uses Ranch dressing mix instead of the Knorr.
Start with 9 oz of thawed and very well drained chopped spinach.  You want to make sure you get all the liquid out of the spinach or it will be watery.
Add 8 oz softened cream cheese.
Add the Ranch dressing mix.
Drain an 8 oz can of water chestnuts.
Then chop them.
Then 1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers.
1 cup sour cream.
Mix well.
Place in a container and place in the fridge for several hours or until time to serve.
Serve with veggies or crackers.
