Flatbread Tacos

I have been trying new things with my tacos for a couple of years now.  Not necessarily trying to make them better but just so they can be different.  Different is good sometimes.  This was an interesting take on tacos.  I think they ended up being more like tostadas though which is okay too.

The only new thing you need for this recipe is some frozen Rhodes rolls. Allow the rolls to thaw for about 25-30 minutes or you can pop them in the microwave for 40-45 seconds.
Once they are thawed, roll them out as thin as possible.  There will be some strange shapes on them and that is okay.
Heat a little oil in a skillet.
You will want to roll it a little more before putting it in oil.
It will puff up a little.  Once it is brown on one side, and it won't take long, flip it.
They are interesting.
Watch them carefully so they don't get too brown.
Then top with your favorite taco fixings.
