Red, White, and Blue Bars

Well I know yesterday was the 4th of July, but this is a recipe you can make any time.  As a friend told me not long ago you can't go wrong with red, white and blue any day of the week.  The red, white and blue M&M's make this recipe very festive. This is also a very quick and easy recipe.
I think these bars say Happy Birthday America, don't you?
Only 4 ingredients.  Can't beat that.
Start with a red velvet cake mix.
Add 2 eggs
Melt 1 stick of butter.
Add to the cake mix and mix well.  The dough will be thick.  I used the hand mixer just to make it easier.
Add 1/2 the bag of M&M's.
Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Spread out evenly in the pan.
Spread the rest of the M&M's on top.  Place in a preheated 350 oven.  Bake for 15-20 minute.
Let cool before cutting.  Enjoy.
