25 Days of Christmas Cookies: Day 21 White Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

These are peanut butter cookies with some white chocolate thrown in.  These are just like a soft chewy peanut butter cookie without the fork prints.  I think you will like these if you are a fan of peanut butter.  If you wanted to get fancy you could melt some additional white chocolate and drizzle it across the top.
I found these plates that my mother in law painted the other day when I was getting out some Thanksgiving things and thought they would be good for displaying my sample cookies.
Basic peanut butter cookie recipe.

Sorry for the sun.  It is shines right onto my countertop in the afternoons when I want to bake.  They are ready to go in the freezer.
Be sure and label your bag with the name and temperature and time.
Take a break and enjoy a warm cookie this afternoon.
