Slow Cooker Pork Chop Supper

Another great crockpot recipe.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel, I hope.
The peas sure brighten this dish up.
The peas get added later.
Quarter a couple of red potatoes.  Put those in the bottom of the crockpot.  Did I mention how much I love the liners.
In a bowl add the can of cream of mushroom soup.
2 Tablespoons chicken broth.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 teaspoon steak sauce.
3 Tablespoons all purpose flour.
Mix it all together.
Put the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Then add the sauce on top. Cover and cook on low for about 6 to 7 hours.  Now the recipe calls for browning the pork chops first in a skillet.  I didn't do that this time but if you want to it probably be good.
About 15 minutes to an half hour before you are ready to eat get the peas out.
Take the pork chops off the top.
You have the sauce and potatoes
Add the peas on top.
Put the pork chops on top and recover.
When the peas are finished it's time to eat.
