Cranberry Cobbler

This was a different thing for me to try.  I like cobbler and I like cranberries but I wasn't sure how a cranberry cobbler would be.  It was a winner and it was very easy.  It doesn't have to be Thanksgiving to have cranberries.
Warm cobbler needs ice cream!
It is so easy to put together.  Yes that is a can of cranberry sauce.
Start with 1 cup oats.  Use old fashioned oats.
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
Mix that together well.
1 stick of butter.  I cut it in small pieces.
I decided to use the food processor to mix the butter in well.
Put half the mixture on the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
Press down to the bottom of the pan.
Pour one can of whole berry cranberry sauce on top.
Spread it out.
Top with the remaining mixture.  Press down.  Place in a preheated 350 oven and bake for 45minutes to 1 hour.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
Enjoy.
