Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

It was a dippy kind of day for opening day of college football season.  If you like buffalo chicken wings you will love this dip.  It reheats well too which is an added bonus.  There's still plenty more games coming up for you to try it out.
This dip is great served with taco chips, celery and even other veggies.
Simple ingredients.
Start with softened 8 oz of cream cheese.
Add 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
Add 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce.  You can add more if you like it a little spicier.
Add 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese.
3/4 cup grated monterey jack cheese.  Mix well.
Add to a sprayed baking dish.  You can make this dish ahead of time and cover and put in the fridge.  This is what I did.  When you are ready to bake it take it out of the fridge an hour or so before you want to put it in the oven.
Before baking add some more of the cheddar cheese on top.
And some extra monterey jack cheese too.  Place in a preheated 350 oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
Now enjoy this great dip.
