Texas State Fair

No I haven't been to the Texas State Fair, but this post is in honor of the Red River Rivalry, try saying that three times.  For those that might not be familiar with the RRR it is the college football game between Texas and Oklahoma.  Now I don't have a dog in that fight but think that it is really cool that they play the game at the Texas State Fair. And if you go to the Fair you know there will be Fair foods.  That is what I am sharing with you today.  The joke is that they can deep fry anything.  I even remember hearing they fried butter a couple of years ago.  I haven't tried that but I have tried a few other things that are fun to try at home.
