Pioneer Woman's Glazed Ham

I love a good spiral cut ham.  I couldn't wait to try the Pioneer Woman's version.  The oranges give it a really nice flavor.

The glaze gives it a nice caramelized glaze on the edges of the ham.

A little sweet and savory in the glaze.
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3 oranges zested
And juiced
This is how much orange juice I got.
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup grainy brown mustard
Now add the orange juice
Whisk until well mixed
Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Put the ham on a roasting pan cut side down.
Brush half the glaze on the ham.  Make sure to get it between the slices.
Pour about an inch of water in the pan.
Tent the pan with foil and bake at 325 for about 10 minutes per pound
Take the h am out of the oven and remove the foil.  Turn the oven to 375.  Brush 1/2  the remaining glaze getting between the cut slices.  Bake 15 minutes uncovered.
Brush the remaining glaze over the ham and cook another 15 minutes.
After the last cooking.
Let sit for a few minutes.
Serve warm.
