M&M Pumpkin Pudding Cookies

These cookies scream fall, even Thanksgiving with all the pumpkin pie spice.  I found the pumpkin pie M&M's and needed to find a recipe so I could use them.  This one was perfect. 

This is a plateful of goodness.  I don't normally bake a whole batch of cookies but these did not go in the freezer.

Pumpkin pudding and pumpkin pie spice along with the M&Ms fill these cookies with pumpkin flavor.

I think he knows he is going into a batch of cookies.

Start with 2 sticks softened butter.

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup sugar. Mix well.

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 small box pumpkin spice pudding

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda.  Mix well.

2 1/4 cup all purpose flour. A little at a time.

1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Bag of fall M&M's.  Mix well.

Scoop up the dough on the cookie sheet.  Place in a 375 preheated oven.  Bake for 8-9 minutes.

They will spread just a little bit. Let them cool on the cookie sheet.

Then enjoy.

M&M Pumpkin Pudding Cookies Recipe

1 cup butter softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
small box pumpkin spice pudding
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 bag fall M&Ms
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375.  Bake for 8-9 minutes
