Pretzel Pizza Snack

A couple of weeks ago on Hallmark Home and Family show they made movie night snacks using pretzels two different ways.  Well since it is football season here I decided to make the savory one for football Saturday.  It is super easy to make and if you kept the supplies on hand you could mix up a small batch in the afternoon after school for a nice little snack. I will say they are not as good leftover.

They might not be so pretty to look at but they sure do taste good. 

You only need three ingredients.  You can make as many or as little as you want.

Layer mini pretzels on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Cover them with grated mozzarella cheese.

Cover the cheese with pepperoni.  Put as many as you want.  Place in a preheated 350 oven and bake for about 10 minutes.

Out of the oven and they look good.  Let cool a minute.

Then break them apart.

And enjoy.
