Fiesta Lime Grilled Chicken

Why is it I plan on grilling for dinner and it rains, rains hard?  The last couple of times I have scheduled something for the grill it seems it rains.  I am almost afraid to suggest putting something on the grill.  Although we need the rain. The last couple of weeks I have had some really good chicken (from Fresh Market Tuesday specials) so we have tried some different things on the grill.  Tonight it was a lime flavored marinade.
A regular BBQ dinner tonight, grilled chicken, baked beans, and potato salad.
The marinade was made early in the morning to give the chicken time to soak up the flavors.
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 cup oil.  I used olive oil
1/2 cup lime juice
A hint I read about said we were juicing fruits wrong. Turn the cut side to the inside and press on the backside.
It will get every last drop of juice from your fruits.
It turns it inside out.
No juice left.
This is the juice.
Place all of the spices in a zip lock bag.
Trim the chicken and them place in the bag.
Smoosh it around.  Then put in the fridge.  Turn it a couple of times during the day.
Take out of the fridge.

Place on the gril.
If you pour the extra sauce on the chicken it will make it flame up.

Make it flame up high.
Look at that chicken with that wonderful crusty outside.
It was so good.
