Funfetti Gooey Butter Cookies

These were the best cookies.  So easy to make and melt in your mouth.  Funfetti is very popular these days so keep some sprinkles around so you can make these cookies several times.

 Also keep a Funfetti cake mix in the pantry too.

Start with 8 oz cream cheese and a stick of butter both softened.

Mix well until light and fluffy.

Add 1 egg

Add the cake mix.

Mix well.

Measure out 1/4 cup sprinkles, and add to the batter.

Mix well.  Place in the fridge for about an hour to firm up.

Measure out about 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Roll dough into 1 inch balls and then roll in the powdered sugar

Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.  Preheat oven to 350.  Bake for about 10 minutes.  Let cool on cookie sheet for about 2-3 minutes.

Hot from the oven.

They are too good to not share them with friends.

1 stick butter softened

1 egg

1 box Funfetti cake mix

1/4 cup sprinkles

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350.  Bake for 10 minutes.
