I could not resist the name of these cookies. Whether you call him Santa, Kris Kringle or Father Christmas he is going to love these cookies. The dried cranberries lend a little tartness to the sweet cookies. I bet ole Kris would like some of these left on Christmas Eve along with a glass of milk.
I just heard from Santa and he said to be sure and leave him a couple of these cookies Christmas Eve.
Very basic cookie recipe.Start with 2 softened sticks of butter
1 cup sugar. Mix well.
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla This was my vanilla paste. It's a little thicker than normally vanilla.
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour. Mix a little at a time.
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries.
These are scooped and ready for the freezer.
When I put them in the freezer they are in freezer bags and labeled with the name and temperature and length of time. When ready to bake these preheat oven to 375. Bake for 9 minutes. Now enjoy these before they are gone.
