Victoria's Cafe

This past week a Huntsville institution closed, Victoria's Cafe.  It is a very popular place among the "ladies that lunch".  Of course you see a few husbands in there too.  While I didn't go there every week or even every month, you knew you could get good food when you did go.  After one trip I decided I could make their daily special at home.  I gave it a try and I must say it came out pretty close.  These are a few recipes that I have made that are very popular dishes at Victoria's.  So even though they have closed you can still enjoy their food.
